Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms for bookings made on XeniaHolidays.
Flexible
Full refund up to 24 hours before check-in. After that, the first night is non-refundable.
Moderate
Full refund up to 5 days before check-in. Later cancellations are charged 50% of the booking total.
Strict
Full refund up to 30 days before check-in, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in, and no refund within 7 days of check-in.
Host cancellations
If a host must cancel a confirmed booking, guests receive a full refund and assistance finding alternative accommodation.
How to cancel
Go to My Trips, open the booking, and select Cancel. The applicable refund is calculated automatically.
